The ATM's Atmosfera product deployed by the "Support Leader"

On June 7, 2006, the Polish edition of the "Support Leader" competition, organized by the Help Desk Institute, was adjudicated. A honorable mention in this edition was received by Agora S.A., among other things thanks to the deployment of the Atmosfera system from ATM S.A.

The “Support Leader” competition awards the organizations which are engaged in providing support to IT system users. Activities aimed both to improve the support quality and to increase user satisfaction are assessed.

One of the factors that contributed to this award to Agora S.A. was the deployment in 2005 of a totally new, very effective system to support internal IT users. An important element of this system was Atmosfera, a proprietary system from ATM S.A. Atmosfera enables controlling all business processes performed in Agora S.A. in the area of IT Help Desk in a broad sense. The Atmosfera system has been integrated with other IT systems operated by Agora to maintain up-to-date data about the supported environment.

It is worth mentioning that the ATM consultants took part in designing the support processes and that the designed processes were precisely mapped thanks to the flexibility of the Atmosfera solution.

The honorable mention received by Agora S.A. is a practical confirmation of the usability of the Atmosfera system in the most demanding environments. The quality of the Atmosfera application was also confirmed recently by the Gold Processor award obtained by ATM S.A. in the “management support application” category.
