ATM S.A. has signed an agreement to license and implement Atmosfera at a large financial institution.
Two weeks ago, ATM announced the conclusion of an agreement with Bank Ochrony Środowiska to license and implement Atmosfera Service Desk, ATM’s process management system, at the Bank’s IT department. The announcement also included a reference to plans for further expansion in the sector, which are now becoming reality. ATM has signed another agreement with a leading financial institution, member of one of Poland’s largest financial groups of companies.
Similar to the previous deal, the agreement covers the deployment of Atmosfera which, during the initial stage of the project, will support business processes in IT. In this case, however, a much broader application of ATM’s proprietary system is expected, as the parties have agreed that the current contract may be extended in the future to include such areas as business continuity planning and, potentially, support for consumer-facing processes.
ATM’s customer has requested that its name and contract value or other details should not be disclosed.
The agreement provides another testimony to Atmosfera’s competitive advantage over ITSM solutions from global IT leaders, and to the versatility of the solution which allows it to be used beyond IT. More contracts of a similar type are expected in the near future with both financial sector companies and businesses from other industries, as customer interest in Atmosfera is on a steady increase.
