BOŚ Bank implements Atmosfera

In the second half of October, ATM S.A. has completed the implementation of Atmosfera system in BOŚ Bank S.A.

The system was implemented in the following areas:

  • Problem management,
  • Incident management,
  • Handling of requests for authorization in computer systems.

Installation works were completed within the planned deadline i.e. within the period of 3 months.

As we have already announced, the original solution developed by ATM is aimed at supporting processes carried out in the IT and Communications Department of the Bank — especially those related to services in the field of IT. The system has been introduced in the headquarters of the bank in Warsaw as well as in its 106 regional branches nation-wide. 1700 employees of the bank will use the system. This can be regarded as a medium-scale implementation.

Up till now Atmosfera has been implemented as part of several dozen large scale projects, mainly in the telecommunications and media sectors. The main assets of the system are its flexibility and scalability (in large-scale installations, the system may process a lot more than 100,000 queries per year).

After being awarded the PinkVerify™ Service Support certificate in December 2006 — a certificate stating conformity of the system with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library recommendations — ATM has noted considerable interest in the product. Atmosfera is the only Polish system with the PinkVerify certificate.
