Atmosfera system for Synthos S.A.
25.07.2008

ATM S.A. and ATM Services Sp. z o.o. implement the Atmosfera Service Desk V5.0 system for Synthos S.A., one of the leading national chemical sector enterprises. The application shall be also made accessible for the employees of a Czech subsidiary — Synthos Kralupy. The software will be localized into Polish and Czech.

At Synthos S.A., the solution will be used for managing IT service requests and monitoring service-level agreement delivery with regard to external contractors. An intuitive interface enables IT department users to register and manage requests in an efficient and user-friendly manner. Atmosfera also enables verifying resource loads, and supports making decisions pertaining to potential resource allocation changes. This Atmosfera implementation includes the following modules: Service Desk, Request Management, Issue Management, Service Level Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, and knowledge base engines. The contract includes also licenses for 1500 end users and after-sales support.

Atmosfera Service Desk V5.0 supports the delivery of Service Support processes, pertaining primarily to IT technical services. This proprietary ATM solution is unique in Poland, due to having a globally recognized PinkVerify™ Service Support certificate. This is the only globally recognized certificate of IT management tool compliance with ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) best practices.

Numerous Atmosfera system implementations have been completed to date. The solution is popular amongst financial, telecom and media enterprises. The ATM customers using the Atmosfera solution include Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (Era and Heyah mobile network operators), Netia S.A., P4 (Play mobile network operator), TVP S.A., Agora S.A., Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A., PLL LOT S.A., and DI BRE Bank S.A.
