Konrad Łuczak becomes the new mPay Management Board President

On October 24, 2008, a change took place in the mPay S.A. Management Board. Konrad Łuczak, until then acting as the deputy President of the Board, was appointed the new President of the Board.

Henryk Kułakowski, the previous President of the Board, is not leaving the company. He remains at mPay as one of its key shareholders. The change is intended to accelerate the pace of developing mobile payment services. It means focusing on increasing company efficiency on the Polish market, in cooperation with both current and future partners of mPay S.A.

Konrad Łuczak is a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics of the Łódź University of Technology. Before he joined the mPay S.A. Management Board, he acted as a director of the Project Management and Quality Assurance Office at ATM S.A., where he was responsible for governing comprehensive ICT projects delivered by the company. Before that, he held specialist and management positions in such companies as PTK Centertel, Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa and Lucent Technologies.
