Kraków Municipality chooses an ATM S.A. solution

ATM S.A. won a public procurement tender by the Kraków Municipality for designing the IT unit's organization in compliance with ITIL, and for delivery and deployment of an IT management support system.

ATM’s bid that included deploying Atmosfera Service Desk, ATM’s proprietary solution, received the highest score and was chosen from the six submitted bids. Once again, an Atmosfera application turned out to be the best solution in terms of quality and price. The order value exceeds PLN 300 thousand.

In 2009, ATM S.A. intends to increase its presence in the public sector, among others with the Atmosfera family of solutions, and particularly the Service Desk system, the most often purchased solution of that family. In the recent months, the company has been analyzing the possibilities of increasing sales of such solutions to the public sector. As the public administration uses more EU funds, the Atmosfera brand becomes increasingly recognizable on the market, and the number of reference customers grows, the sales should significantly increase. Therefore, ATM S.A. decided to strengthen its sales team and more aggressively approach that sector. As can be seen, the first positive results came quickly.
