New ATM S.A. Board Member

On 18 May 2009, the Supervisory Board of ATM S.A. adopted a resolution on increasing the number of members of the Management Board to three and electing the new Management Board including Roman Szwed, President, Tadeusz Czichon, Vice-President, and Maciej Krzyżanowski, Vice-President. Thus Maciej Krzyżanowski, until now the Director of Telecommunications Services Division and one of the creators of the ATMAN brand, joined the Management Board of ATM S.A.

The new member of the Management Board will continue to be responsible for the sales and development of ATM S.A. telecommunications products. His membership is aimed at, among other things, enhancing the company’s position in sales of telecommunications services which are currently the most profitable, consistent and predictable source of the company’s revenue.

Maciej Krzyżanowski graduated from the Faculty of Physics of the University of Warsaw in 1989. He holds a PhD degree in particle physics since 1995 (University of Warsaw). He has been employed with ATM S.A. since 2002. He has been the Sales Director in Telecommunications Services Division ATMAN between 2002–2006, and the Director of Telecommunications Services Division from 2006 to May 2009. Maciej Krzyżanowski also has long-term experience in managing sale processes with regard to services and advanced telecommunications solutions. Under is charge between 2006 and 2009, the Telecommunications Services Division has more than doubled its average quarterly sales, and ATMAN became a leader in the collocation and optic fiber broadband service market in Poland.

Maciej Krzyżanowski has been employed in various capacities by the Institute of Experimental Physics of the University of Warsaw and Deutsches Elektronen Synchrotron (DESY) in Hamburg between 1989–1998. In the years 1994–1996, he has worked for NASK as a network specialist. He was a member of the Management Board of Internet Data Systems S.A. between 1998–2001 and Network Director at TDC Internet Polska in 2001–2002.
