The Management Board of ATM Systemy Informatyczne Sp. z o.o. has been joined by Andrzej Olszewski, who became Vice-President for Finance.
Andrzej Olszewski has experience with financials and capital markets since 1992. In his career, he has held such positions as stockbroker, director of brokerage house, and CFO responsible for all financial and accounting operations and controlling processes in a company. He took part in privatization and restructuring processes and was a member of a number of supervisory boards.
Among others, he worked for Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. where he was responsible for separation of non-communications businesses (TP EmiTel, TP TelTech, TP DiTel). In Agros Holding S.A., he was responsible for introducing management accounting in selected plants of the Capital Group and took part in acquisition and evaluation of new entities. He also took part in increasing the Agros Holding S.A. capital and the company’s initial public offer on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Andrzej Olszewski graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Warsaw and completed a number of professional training courses. He has stockbroker license No. 18.

(ATM SI) was established by moving the integration service business from the structure of ATM S.A., a company quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, to a separate, independent entity.
