The third edition of the competition was organized by the Polish Association of Stock Exchange Issuers (PASEI). The award ceremony was held at the Royal Castle in Warsaw during the 4th PASEI Congress of Listed Companies.

The websites were rated for their contents, aesthetics and accessibility of specific information. The jury included prominent representatives of the capital market and recognized experts in such fields as marketing communication, journalism, economics, and investor relations. The jury was chaired by Ludwik Sobolewski, the president of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and included the following experts: Beata Stelmach, President of the Board of the Polish Association of Stock Exchange Issuers; Marcin Dyl, President of the Board of the Chamber of Fund and Asset Management; Jarosław Dominiak; President of the Board of the Individual Investor Association; Jarosław Sobolewski, CEO of Interactive Advertising Bureau Polska.
