ATM S.A. has signed a contract for OST 112

ATM S.A. has entered into agreement with the Ministry of Interior and Administration concerning building and implementation of the nation-wide ICT network for the purpose of alarm telephone number 112 (OST 112). The company has thus won the biggest in 2009 public tender for ICT solutions. The value of already concluded contracts exceeds PLN 367 million gross, the next contracts will be concluded in the following project stages (up to max. PLN 490 million gross). The contract with the Ministry of Interior and Administration is the most significant contact in ATM’s history and it will considerably affect the company’s position and revenue in the forthcoming years.

As part of the contract, ATM will deliver comprehensive ICT solutions found upon telecommunications and system integration services and technology of Cisco Systems which will be the basis to implement in the entire country professional service connected with the infrastructure of fast responding as part of reporting to number 112.

Income assurances for 2010–2013

For many years combined system integration and telecommunications services have been ATM S.A.’s business specialization, therefore the contract with the Ministry enables to make the most of the company’s technical and organizational competencies. Moreover, as a result of the project long-lasting it will assure ATM significant income despite the quantity and scale of other realized contracts.

The contract will significantly affect ATM’s financial results for 2010–2013 thus increasing consolidated revenue from system integration business activity which in 2008 gave ATM the income of ca. PLN 200 million.

The project concerning the alarm number 112 is also one of the biggest ICT projects in Poland during past several years.
