mPay S.A. signed an agreement with Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa S.A.

The Management Board of mPay S.A. has informed of signing on 7 November this year a material agreement with Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa S.A., T-Mobile and Heyah operator one of major cellular networks in Poland, providing a full range of telecommunications services to individual customers and institutional clients. The agreement object is laying down principles of cooperation between mPay and PTC, in relation to mPay providing mobile payment services to subscribers of the operator and offering the users of services an access to the mPay mobile payment system via the cellular network of PTC. The agreement has been concluded for indefinite term. mPay will notify of a commercial launch of the services in a separate report.
