ATM's good results for the first quarter of 2013

ATM S.A. presented financial results for the first quarter of 2013. In the first three months of the year the company earned consolidated EBITDA of PLN 11 million (7% increase y/y), sales margin of PLN 18.8 million (2% increase y/y) and PLN 5.9 million of operating profit (6% increase y/y). The company's net profit on continuing operations increased by 15% to the level of PLN 4.3 million.

"During the previous period positive effects of the ICT activities spin-off were apparent, as ATM offer met with increasing interest of numerous IT integrators", said Maciej Krzyżanowski, the President of the Management Board of ATM S.A. "We are convinced that for IT integration companies, ATMAN brandedtelecommunications services are very attractive to supplement their offers, especially those dedicated to the public sector", added Krzyżanowski.

In the first quarter of 2013, the high level of systems security in ATM's colocation facilities was also appeciated by the financial sector, known as the most demanding one when it comes to reliability and security of data center services. There have been main banks and financial institutions on ATM's reference list for many years now, recently joined by ICP Polska the largest consumer payments acceptance network in Europe and the Polish branch of a French financial services provider for retail chains. Also, X-Trade Brokers and Open Finance TFI are among the the customers who extended their existing colocation services.

"In conclusion, it should be noted that the earned financial results of the first three months of the year are a very good and solid basis for subsequent periods. Therefore we may already say that the first half of 2013 in the ATM business promises to be really good", said Maciej Krzyżanowski, the President of the Management Board of ATM S.A.
